Do I need an account?
No. Winky works without signing in. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional; it keeps Winky Pro attached to your account.
I bought Winky Pro but it isn't showing
Open the Winky Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Winky → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Winky → Cancel.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: request it from your Google Play order history.
How do I delete my account?
In Winky, open the menu (three stripes, top left) → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its data. A subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so cancel it there as well.
Why do I see an ad?
The free version shows a small banner ad. Winky Pro removes it.
